Our maths work in Year 4 this week has focussed upon 3D shapes. We have been designing our own nets, and then making the shapes from these plans. In literacy we have started to read a new class book – Edward Tulane, the china doll rabbit. We have been exploring the complex character of Edward, and producing some stunning artwork to help describe how he feels as the story develops. We are continuing with our circuit building work during science lessons, adding in new components, and investigating which materials are good conductors.
